Art Monsters Birthday

This August saw the first anniversary of our adult art club, formed from a small group of students from the 2024 Foundation in Art & Design course at Reigate School of Art (East Surrey College) in 2025. This small group quickly grew as we found other adults who want to find or rediscover their inner 'artistic child' & share their creative practice in a safe environment with like-minded adults. The club has a wide age range from 19 to 67 years and a broad spectrum of interest in art, design & craft activity e.g. drawing, painting, printing, collage, mixed-media, creative stitchwork & calligraphy. We have found that in addition to inspiring creative practice our club has fostered old friendships, developed new ones & provided an emotional & social haven for our group.
